Raja Jasjit Singh Sahib completed the pilot course from Bihar Flying Club Patna. He purchased L - 5 Two-Seater Plane. It was named "PRIYATAMA". He had made two runways, One at Karula in Raja - Ka - Tajpur and the Second one at Nabka near Kalagarh, close to Chauwala Farms of Tajpur State, District Bijnor, UP.
The plane was flown by Raja Jasjit Singh Sahib and his eldest son Raja Satenderjit Singh Sahib. In addition, Mr Ghosh who was employed as a pilot. Mr Ghosh once while landing at Tajpur air strip over shot the runway and damaged the under carriage of the plane badly. There after it was not used.
